Image Writer for Windows

Windows 上で Linux の CD/DVD Image ( *.img 形式) を USB メモリや SDメモリに書き込むための
フリーソフトの覚え書き。　
Ubuntu をはじめ、Linux distribution に適応できるようだ。

Vine Linux 5.0/i386 DVD/USB ISO ハイブリッドイメージ を試してみる。
ダウンロードした ISO Image ( *.iso ) を *.img 形式にリネームして供する。

win32diskimager-RELEASE-0.2-r23-win32.zip (md5) win32 binaries 

USBメモリ：ここでは microSD 2GB を USBメモリ・リーダ・ライター・アダプタに装着たものを使用した。
USBメモリのフォーマット： FAT32 で初期化する。

ダウンロードした *.zip ファイルを適当なアーカイバ（圧縮・解凍ソフト）でデスクトップに展開（解凍）する。
展開したフォルダの Win32DiskImager.exe を起動する。

書き込むイメージファイルと書き込み先のUSBメモリ・ドライブを指定したのちに、 Write ボタンをクリックして書き込みスタート。

書き込み済みのUSBドライブのファイル内容をWindows上で読み取ることができないので注意。
